Sushi Express is a Taiwanese conveyor-belt sushi chain founded in 1993, notable for holding its per-plate price at NT$30 for over two decades — a fixed-price model rigid enough that the company issued these paper vouchers as a direct substitute for NT$30 coins at the table.
