Reverse description The reverse presents a richly detailed coloured landscape scene commemorating the centenary of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB). A central circular element rendered in green colour-fill depicts a radiant sunrise or stylized eye motif, flanked by engraved coniferous trees and mountain peaks in the upper field. In the lower portion, silhouetted figures of a person and a guide dog appear amid foliage, with raised Braille dots prominently incorporated into the design as a tactile tribute to the CNIB's mission. The legend CNIB 1918–2018 INCA is inscribed along the lower rim, and the engraver's initials MS appear to the right of the central scene.
