Beschrijving voorzijde Fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicting the effigy of the Queen facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. The legend ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA encircles the upper field, with the denomination 30 DOLLARS and the engraver's initials IRB appearing in the lower field. The design is rendered in a refined, high-relief medallic style characteristic of late-20th and early-21st century Australian coinage.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse features a striking pad-printed colour composition occupying the right half of the field, depicting an iconic ANZAC tribute motif: a slouch hat resting atop a bayoneted rifle planted in the ground, set against a warm twilight sky above a darkened landscape, with a red poppy visible at right. The left half of the field is filled with engraved text in varying sizes, incorporating ANZAC commemorative phrases such as LEST WE FORGET, GRATITUDE, BLOOD AND TEARS, BRAVEST OF THE BRAVE, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM, WHERE HEROES LIE, THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE, and values including MATESHIP, COURAGE, PRIDE, and RESPECT, interspersed with the names of significant WWI battlefields and locations. The inscription 1 KILO 999 SILVER and the engraver's initials WR appear in the lower field, along with the Perth Mint's P mintmark.
