The denomination 'Dreißig Milliarden Mark' is set in large Gothic blackletter script across the centre of the note, above the issuing authority 'Bezirksverband der Amtshauptmannschaft Stollberg i. E.' and the date 'Stollberg i. E., den 12. Oktober 1923'. Two manuscript signatures appear below the issuer name, accompanied by the printed titles 'Amtshauptmann' and 'Bezirkskassierer'.
