Obverse description Vertically oriented note with dense Chinese text columns filling the central panel, surmounted by the bank name in large characters reading 永衡官帖 (Yung Heng Official Note) and the issuing province 吉林 (Kirin) at the top. A large red official seal (官印) is impressed over the central text area, accompanied by handwritten brush inscriptions denoting the denomination of 3 Tiao (憑帖取錢叁吊整).
