Reverse description Central field occupied by a large, elaborately quartered Habsburg composite coat of arms surmounted by an imperial crown with a small cross at apex. The shield incorporates the arms of Hungary (barry of gules and argent with a patriarchal cross), Bohemia, Austria, Burgundy, and numerous other dynastic territories rendered in fine engraved detail. The mint marks K and B flank the shield at either side, identifying the Kremnica mint. A beaded inner border separates the arms from the surrounding circular legend ARCHID·AVS·DVX·BVR·MAR·MO·CO·TYR·1611, which records Matthias's subsidiary titles and the date of issue.
