Obverse description At centre, a view of the dome of the Senate building and the Spassky (Saviour's) Tower of the Moscow Kremlin occupies the field, with the Leningrad Mint monogram (ЛМД) trademark positioned to the right. The design is encircled by a beaded border. The legend along the upper rim reads «ТРИ РУБЛЯ 1995 г.» (THREE ROUBLES 1995), and along the lower rim «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA), both rendered in Cyrillic characters.
