| Obverse description | At centre, the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia, depicted with wings lowered, serving as the state arms of the Russian Federation. The eagle is encircled by a beaded border, with the legend ТРИ РУБЛЯ (THREE ROUBLES) arching above along the rim. Below the eagle, a semicircular inscription reads БАНК РОССИИ (BANK OF RUSSIA). The lower portion of the rim carries the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925) to the left, the year of issue 2015 г. at centre, and the fine metal content together with the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД) to the right. |
