| Obverse description | The obverse features the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle displayed with wings raised, each head surmounted by an imperial crown and the whole ensemble topped by a larger central crown; the eagle holds an orb in its right talon and a sceptre in its left, with a shield on its breast depicting St. George on horseback slaying the dragon. The legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ arcs along the upper periphery in Cyrillic, flanked by two decorative diamond ornaments at either side of the field. Below the eagle, the inscriptions БАНК РОССИИ, 3 РУБЛЯ, and 2024 г. are arranged in three lines, while the fineness designation Ag 925 appears at the lower left and the weight indicator 31,1 at the lower right alongside the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram. |
