The Order of Victory (Орден Победы) was the highest military decoration of the Soviet Union, awarded only twice — to Marshals Zhukov, Vasilevsky, and Rokossovsky, and to Stalin himself. Eisenhower and Montgomery each received one as Allied commanders.
