| Obverse description | The obverse displays the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle crowned with three imperial crowns, holding an orb and sceptre — rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ (Russian Federation) arcs along the upper periphery in Cyrillic, flanked by two small diamond-shaped ornaments at either side.
