| 背面描述 | The reverse presents a central vertical band with a polished mirror finish, upon which stylized mythological creatures — a winged lion and a griffin — are depicted in relief, symbolising the opposing forces at Kulikovo Field. Above and below this band, an inscription in four lines reads «625 ЛЕТИЕ КУЛИКОВСКОЙ БИТВЫ» (THE 625TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE ON KULIKOVO FIELD). Flanking the central strip on both sides, rendered on a frosted matte ground, are dynamic battle scenes portraying the Russian forces on one side and the warriors of the Golden Horde on the other, all contained within a raised rim border. The composition evokes the historic confrontation of 1380 through a balanced interplay of mirror and matte surfaces. |
