The silver fineness designation Ag 925 appears to the lower left of the eagle, and the weight indicator 31,1 with the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД) appears to the lower right, all set against a deeply mirrored proof field. |

| 裏面の説明 | The reverse presents a detailed architectural rendering of the main building of Saint Petersburg State University on Vasilyevsky Island, depicted in low relief across the lower half of the coin against a frosted field with radiating guilloché lines emanating from a central focal point. At the centre upper field, the university's official oval seal — featuring a seated allegorical female figure of Minerva holding a spear and torch within an ornate cartouche — is rendered in high relief with a selectively polished finish. The legend САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГСКИЙ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ УНИВЕРСИТЕТ curves along the upper periphery, and the founding date inscription ОСН. В 1724 г. is placed in the lower field beneath the building. |
