| Obverse description | Green on light green guilloche underprint. The centre carries the large Cyrillic title ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ КРЕДИТНЫЙ БИЛЕТЪ (State Credit Note) above the denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ in bold letterpress, flanked on each side by a circular green vignette bearing the numeral 3. A five-line redemption text occupies the central panel, with printed facsimile signatures of the Manager and Cashier below, the date 1918 and serial number at foot. An ornate floral and scroll border frames all four sides. |
