Obverse description Central device features the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia, displayed with wings spread and standing on two clawed feet, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The denomination '3' appears to the left and the Cyrillic legend 'РУБЛЯ' and date '1993г.' arc across the upper field outside the beaded border. The inscription 'БАНК РОССИЙ' curves along the lower field. Fineness notation 'Ag 900' and the weight '31.1' are inscribed in the lower portion of the inner field flanking a small mint mark. Two small rhombic mint marks appear at either side of the eagle's feet within the beaded circle.
