| Obverse description | Centered in the field is the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, depicting a double-headed eagle displayed, each head crowned, with an orb in the right talon and a sceptre in the left, and a shield on the breast bearing an equestrian figure of St. George slaying a dragon. The circular legend 'РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ' arcs above along the upper rim, while 'БАНК РОССИИ' and the denomination '3 РУБЛЯ' appear below the emblem with the date '2024 г.' The fineness mark 'Ag 925' is inscribed to the lower left of the emblem and the weight indicator '31,1' to the lower right. The mint mark 'СПМД' of the Saint Petersburg Mint appears in small characters beneath the eagle. The design is executed in proof finish with a frosted relief against a mirror field. |
