背面描述	The reverse presents a richly detailed composition featuring a profile portrait of Peter the Great in high relief at the upper left, accompanied by a panoramic view of the Peter and Paul Fortress and sailing vessels on the Neva River. A ribbon bearing the inscription 'САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ' (Saint Petersburg) arcs across the central field, above a polychrome enamelled rendering of one of the earliest known versions of the coat of arms of Saint Petersburg. Along the lower circumference, the incuse legend reads 'ПЕТР I • ПРЕОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬ' (Peter I • The Reformer), encapsulating the commemorative theme of the coin.
