| Obverse description | Central device features the Russian double-headed eagle in the style of Ivan Bilibin, rendered in a stylized heraldic manner within the field. Below the eagle, incuse inscriptions denote the metal (Ag), fineness (900), mint mark (MMD), and fine metal content (31.1). The upper legend reads «3 РУБЛЯ 1994 г.» (3 ROUBLES 1994) and the lower legend reads «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA), both arranged along the rim. The overall composition follows the standard design used for Russian silver commemorative coinage of the early 1990s. |
