| Obverse description | Against a deeply mirrored proof field, the Russian double-headed eagle is depicted in high relief at center, wings displayed, set within an inner beaded border. The Cyrillic denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ arcs along the upper periphery, while БАНК РОССИИ curves along the lower portion of the legend, all separated by bullet stops. The fineness mark Ag 900 appears at lower left, the Moscow Mint monogram (ММД) at lower right, and the weight indicator 31.1 is positioned at lower right near the mint mark. The date 2003 Г. is inscribed in large characters at the base of the design. |
