正面描述	At centre, the two-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia with wings lowered, enclosed within a circle of beads. The circular legend along the upper rim reads БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia), with the denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ (Three Roubles) arching above the beaded border. Below the central motif, the inscription indicates the precious metal and fineness (Ag 925) to the left, the year of issue 2010 г. at centre, and the fine metal content with the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram СПМД to the right.
