Obverse description Central vignette within a circular guilloche border presents a sheaf of wheat crossed with a pickaxe and anchor, symbolising the republic's agrarian and maritime character. The denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ (Three Roubles) is inscribed in large Cyrillic text below the vignette, flanked by the title ДАЛЬНЕ-ВОСТОЧНОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ. Marginal guilloche panels repeat the numeral 3 on all sides, with signature lines for УПРАВЛЯЮЩИЙ (Manager) and КАССИР (Cashier) at the foot, dated 1920.

Reverse description The reverse is entirely covered by an intricate guilloche underprint with ornate scrollwork borders and rosette corner pieces. A central cartouche bears the denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ and a rectangular text panel with the guarantee clause stating the note is secured by all the wealth of the Republic and that counterfeiting is prosecuted by law. The numeral 3 appears in circular medallions at top centre and bottom centre within the guilloche framework.
