A central cartouche bears the denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ and a rectangular text panel with the guarantee clause stating the note is secured by all the wealth of the Republic and that counterfeiting is prosecuted by law. The numeral 3 appears in circular medallions at top centre and bottom centre within the guilloche framework. |
