Obverse description Quarter-circle segment cut from a Spanish colonial silver coin, retaining partial elements of the host coin's obverse. A fragment of the royal effigy or armorial device is visible in the field, with remnants of the surrounding Latin legend partially legible along the curved edge. The straight cut edges are clean, and the dentilated border of the original host coin is preserved along the arc. The surface displays typical wear consistent with circulation use as a cut money piece.
