| Descrizione del dritto | Double-headed imperial eagle displayed in the field, with both heads facing outward and wings spread, rendered in the hammered style typical of early seventeenth-century German minor coinage. A small escutcheon is placed on the breast of the eagle at center. The coin bears no peripheral legend, the entire obverse being occupied by the bold eagle device. The striking is characteristic of the Neisse mint's production of small billon issues under Ferdinand II. |

Four small rosette or flower ornaments are positioned in the quadrants surrounding the central device, lending a decorative symmetry to the composition. |
