Reverse description Central device features the orb of the Holy Roman Empire (Reichsapfel) bearing the numeral 3 in its lower half, denoting the denomination of three Pfennig, surmounted by a stylised floriate cross finial. The orb is enclosed within an ornate baroque wreath of scrolling vine tendrils adorned with small rosettes. The date 1703 is inscribed in the upper field above the wreath, with small decorative stops flanking it.
