Reverse description A crowned imperial orb bearing the numeral 3 is centrally placed within an ornately decorated rhombus (lozenge) frame, the orb surmounted by a cross pattée. The mintmaster's initials flank the orb to the left and right within the rhombus. The lozenge is set on point and surrounded by elaborate foliate and scroll ornaments that fill the corners of the circular coin field. A beaded border runs along the outer rim. The overall design reflects the characteristic Kipper- und Wipperzeit emergency coinage style of the early 1620s.
