| Obverse description | Printed entirely in blue ink in letterpress style, the note is framed by ornate guilloche borders with the denomination TRES PESOS repeated at each corner. A vignette of a sailing vessel appears at the upper left, while an oval vignette of the Paraguayan coat of arms is centered at the top. The central text panel carries the issuing authority and payment obligation in bold and script typefaces, flanked by the warning legend against counterfeiters printed vertically along both side margins. |
