(Translation: Date of Constitution August 11, 1922)
Reverse description The reverse presents the denomination in a bold, large numeral '3' prominently centered in the upper field, with the word 'MARK' in capital letters beneath it, and the date of issue below that, all occupying the central field in a clean, unadorned typographic arrangement. Two small floral or foliate ornaments flank the mint mark letter at the bottom of the field. The circular legend 'DEUTSCHES REICH' runs along the periphery within a beaded border, with the mint mark 'A' positioned at the base between the decorative devices.
