Reverse description The crowned Imperial German eagle displayed with wings spread, facing left, bearing on its breast a shield with the Mecklenburg arms. The eagle is depicted in high sculptural relief with finely detailed feathering. The circular legend 'DEUTSCHES REICH 1915' arches around the upper field, while 'DREI MARK' is inscribed across the lower field, flanked by decorative six-pointed stars. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner border.
