备注	Seborga is a microstate claimant in the Ligurian hills near Ventimiglia whose assertion of sovereignty rests on a 1729 deed of sale it argues was never properly ratified into the Kingdom of Sardinia. The principality has issued its own currency — the Luigino — since the 1990s, primarily as a collector and souvenir instrument rather than any functioning medium of exchange. This 3 Luigini note naming Princess Nina continues that tradition under the current titular head, Nina Menegatto, who was elected Princess of Seborga in 2019. Matej Gabris, a Slovak designer who has produced notes for several microstates and novelty issuers, handled the artwork.
