| Obverse description | Central field displays the Silesian eagle with spread wings, facing left, rendered in relief within a beaded inner circle. The numeral 3, denoting the denomination, appears within a small oval cartouche at the base of the eagle. A circular Latin legend runs along the outer border, reading MON . PRINC . ET STAT .
