Obverse description Draped bust of Leopold Wilhelm of Austria facing right, wearing armour and a long flowing wig, with the denomination numeral '3' positioned in the lower left field. The bust is rendered in high relief in the baroque style typical of mid-17th century Central European coinage. A circular beaded border frames the design. The legend encircles the bust, reading LEOPOLDVS WILH D G ARCHIEPS OLOMVC, identifying the issuer as Archbishop of Olomouc by the grace of God.

Reverse description Quartered coat of arms of the Bishopric of Olomouc surmounted by an episcopal hat with tassels, the shield displaying the heraldic emblems of the see within a baroque cartouche. The date 1659 appears in the upper portion of the field flanking the crowned arms. The surrounding legend reads EPISC OLOMVC PRINC REG, denoting the Prince-Bishop of the realm. A beaded border encircles the entire reverse composition.
