Obverse description Armored bust of Duke Frederick II of Württemberg facing right, wearing a cuirass with decorative detailing. The numeral III appears in the field to the right of the effigy, denoting the denomination. The circular legend WÜRTEMB. SCHEIDE MÜNZE. runs along the periphery, indicating this is a Württemberg small change coin. The portrait is rendered in a late 18th-century German provincial style with moderate relief.
