Additional information

Ferdinand IV was elected King of the Romans in 1653 — the same year this coin was struck — but died in July 1654 before his father Ferdinand III, meaning he never reigned as Holy Roman Emperor. Teschen, a small Silesian duchy under Habsburg administration, issued coins in his name as part of the broader imperial coinage system following his election.

FuS 3105 is a scarce type with limited surviving examples documented in major collections.
