Reverse description A four-fold heraldic shield with a flat-topped form, displaying the arms associated with the Habsburgs and the city of Schweidnitz, surmounted by a crowned helm with ornate mantling. Two wild men or heraldic supporters flank the shield on either side. The encircling Latin legend names the issuing city and incorporates the date of issue. The overall design is characteristic of Kipper und Wipperzeit emergency coinage, with a somewhat crude but vigorous execution.
