Obverse description Laureate and armoured bust of Emperor Charles VI facing right, wearing a curly periwig, set within a beaded inner circle. The numeral '3' appears below the effigy within a circular frame, dividing the encircling Latin legend. The portrait is rendered in the Baroque style characteristic of early 18th-century Habsburg coinage.

Reverse description A crowned shield bearing the double-tailed Bohemian lion rampant to the right, superimposed on the breast of the Habsburg double-headed imperial eagle displayed. The mint mark is positioned in the lower field below the shield.
