Reverse description Crowned imperial double-headed eagle displayed in the field, with wings spread and heads facing outward to either side. An oval shield bearing the numeral 3 is superimposed on the eagle's breast, denoting the face value of three Kreuzer. The eagle is surmounted by the imperial crown, and the whole composition is enclosed by a circular Latin legend reading ARCH A D BVRG LOTH M D H, abbreviating further Habsburg territorial titles including Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy and Lorraine, and Grand Duke of Hungary.
