Reverse description Central device consists of a globus cruciger (orb surmounted by a cross) bearing the numeral '3' within the orb, indicating the denomination of three hellers. The orb is flanked on either side by twisted rope branches, with the date split across the field — '17' to the left and '27' to the right (as seen on this example). A decorative scrolled or foliate element appears at the base. The whole is enclosed within a broad toothed border consistent with the milled coinage of the Dresden Mint.
