| 正面描述 | Central field displays the crowned municipal arms of Deventer — a shield bearing an eagle displayed — flanked by the denomination marks '3' and 'G'. The date appears divided above the crown. Deventer's right to strike silver coinage of this denomination was a point of persistent friction with the States of Overijssel, whose broader monetary authority the city nominally accepted while quietly asserting its own minting privileges throughout the 1680s. The Dutch Republic's currency union was always more aspirational than absolute, and municipal issues like this one exist precisely because local magistrates pressed whatever rights they could.
Delmonte's classification of this type as scarce is well-founded — the striking window of roughly five years produced limited numbers, and attrition has been significant.
