Reverse description The reverse presents a crowned royal bust in right profile, rendered in a crude but characteristic hammered style consistent with late sixteenth-century Moldavian coinage. The effigy wears a crown and is depicted with minimal facial detail owing to the hand-struck technique. A circular Latin legend surrounds the bust, serving as the ruler's titulature. The flan is irregular in outline, with the legend partially missing at the periphery due to the limitations of the hammered striking process.
