正面描述 At center, the auroch's head — the heraldic symbol of Moldavia — is depicted facing forward within an oval cartouche, flanked by fleur-de-lis ornaments on either side and below. The surrounding field is occupied by a circular Latin legend denoting the denomination and issuing authority. The design is characteristic of the hammered coinage produced in Moldavia during the late 16th to early 17th century.

附加信息

Ieremia Movilă ruled Moldavia as a client of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, installed and repeatedly reinstated by Polish military force against Ottoman-backed rivals. His coinage reflects this dependency directly — the groschens of his reign were struck to Polish metrical standards, facilitating commerce with the Commonwealth that underwrote his throne. The "Type b" designation within MBR#818 distinguishes a die variant within what was already a politically fragmented and interrupted minting program.
