| Opis rewersu | The reverse presents a bold commemorative design centred on the theme of remembrance for the centenary of the end of the First World War. Rows of individually struck cross motifs are arranged across the field, beginning as distinct, clearly defined crosses in the lower portion and progressively condensing into an abstract interlocking mesh toward the upper field, symbolising the vast and still unknown number of military and civilian victims. The legend 'KONEC 1. SVETOVNE VOJNE' (End of the First World War) is inscribed in the field, accompanied by the year '1918', marking the armistice. The outer nickel brass ring continues the cross motif pattern, maintaining compositional unity with the obverse. The overall design conveys a solemn message of peace, tolerance, and collective memory. |
