| Obverse description | The teal-enamelled field depicts a view of the historic market square of Biberach an der Riß, featuring a row of traditional half-timbered buildings surmounted by the distinctive tower of the Stadtpfarrkirche St. Martin rendered in raised relief. Above the architectural scene, the legend 'ECU de Biberach' appears in the field with the stylised 'ECU' monogram prominently displayed in the upper portion. The circular border carries the bilingual legend 'BIBERACH Städtepartnerschaft mit VALENCE' in raised Latin lettering, with the validity dates '8 au 24·12·1995' inscribed along the lower inner border.
