| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse, designed by Canadian artist Lisa Thomson-Khan, presents a stylized floral border on the outer ring featuring decorative botanical motifs. The central field displays a vivid colour portrait of the purple violet (Viola cucullata), the official floral emblem of New Brunswick, rendered with fine chromatic detail against a contrasting background. The artist's initials LT appear discreetly within the design. The reverse proof finish enhances the contrast between the frosted coloured subject and the mirror-polished field. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
New Brunswick's purple violet — the provincial floral emblem since 1936 — gets the translucent enamel treatment here, part of the Royal Canadian Mint's ongoing floral emblem series that has worked through every province and territory. The RCM's glow-in-the-dark and colour enamel novelty coins have been a consistent revenue driver since the mid-2000s, sold almost exclusively to collectors and virtually never entering circulation.
