| Obverse description | Green note with an all-over guilloche underprint. A large ornate cartouche at right contains the numeral '3', with smaller matching numerals at the upper left and lower left corners. The central field carries the bold Cyrillic denomination 'ТРИ ЧЕРВОНЦА', beneath which a two-line letterpress inscription cites the legal basis of issue, followed by 'Киев 1941'; the issuer name 'ЭМИССИОННЫЙ БАНК' runs across the lower portion, and a red serial number appears at top centre. |
