| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-headed right-facing bust of Ferdinando IV, King of the Two Sicilies, rendered in low relief with visible drapery at the truncation. The legend FERDINAN.IV.SICIL.REX runs peripherally around the portrait in Latin characters. A small mintmark appears at the base of the bust truncation. The overall style is characteristic of late 18th-century Neapolitan coinage, with a somewhat provincial engraving quality typical of minor copper denominations of the period. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large crowned fleur-de-lis occupies the central field, flanked by two smaller fleurs-de-lis arranged symmetrically on either side, all surmounted by a royal crown. The denomination numeral 3 and the date appear in the lower portion of the field. The design references the Bourbon dynastic emblem and is rendered in a flat, incuse style consistent with copper coinage of the Neapolitan mint during the reign of Ferdinando IV. |
