Obverse description The national arms of Muscat and Oman occupy the centre of the field, depicting two crossed khanjar daggers overlaid upon two crossed swords, all rendered in relief. A circular Arabic legend surrounds the arms, reading the full royal title of Sultan Sa'id bin Taimur. The design is contained within a denticulated inner border running along the rim.
