| Reverse description | Central device features a displayed Imperial double-headed eagle with spread wings, each head surmounted by a separate crown, both subordinate to a single large Imperial crown above the orb and patriarchal cross rising between the heads. On the breast of the eagle, within a plain circular shield, the denomination numeral '28' is boldly struck. A beaded inner border frames the design, beyond which the Latin peripheral legend invokes the name and titles of Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I, reading continuously around the field. |
