| Obverse description | Central field features the Soyombo, the national emblem of Mongolia, depicted within an ornate circular frame formed by two intertwined dragons rendered in high relief. The denomination '2500' appears in the upper field and 'MONGOLIA' along the right side, with '1/4 OZ 9999 GOLD' inscribed along the lower portion. The entire design is bordered by a traditional Mongolian geometric meander pattern running along the coin's periphery. The Soyombo symbol, incorporating the yin-yang motif at its center, is rendered with exceptional detail against a mirror-polished proof field. |
