| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in green and carries dense Cyrillic text arranged within a decorative guilloche frame. The denomination 'ДВЕСТИ ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ РУБЛЕЙ' (Two Hundred and Fifty Roubles) appears in bold type at both the top and bottom of the note. The numeral '250' is repeated in corner cartouches at all four corners. A series designation 'СЕРИЯ А В' and a handwritten serial number appear at the upper left and right respectively. The body of the note consists of a detailed redemption and exchange clause issued by the Zhytomyr Branch of the National Bank. |
